Literally!
John took MacKie out for some sun, and his cat became fixated on something. It turned out to be a 6 inch brown lizard. It was the correct size for an Anole Chameleon, but it looked wrong in the coloring.
After putting MacKie back inside, John went looking for him. While getting the camera, the lizard left, but John found a toad hole instead.

The one on the left is without fill flash and the one on the right is with fill flash. We appear have annoyed him because we found his leaf door closed later.
We have been hearing frogs croaking loudly at night, and there is a drainage hole with about a foot of water in it. After close inspection (and some patience), it turns out to have tadpoles.

They are one to two inches long, so they might develop legs soon.
