What do you do on miserably hot and humid day? You go out and take sunset pictures.

My original plan was to walk to the bathhouse and was deterred by just how beautiful the sun was. John believes the color was the result of haze and moisture in the air.

I tried taking pictures from a variety of locations. The first two locations did not work out unless I wanted to fall off a cliff into the water.

The pier worked out great except that I had to wade through folks fishing. Fortunately, they did not cast while I was walking between them.

The next picture was taken from the road that crosses the lake.

And a little future up the road..

John came out to help with exposure. This was about 15 minutes after the last set of pictures. The sun changed colors yet again and was lower. I’m not sure which is the best pictures. So, I’m posting all of them.
