What we want in an RV is:

32′ to 38′ long, bonus for less than 36′ long
No more than 14,000 lbs GVWR
Cargo carrying capacity of
- 3000+ lbs for 5th wheel
- 2000+ lbs for travel trailer
Pin weight no more than about 2,500 lbs
Extra room for an office, bonus for fits 48″x36″ desk
Doors on bedroom and office
Sufficient storage space
Bedroom and bathroom accessible with slides in

Common to all RVs, we will need to:

Add pet doors to 2-4 of the interior RV doors
Add shelving to exterior storage compartments
Add (minimal for some RVs) interior cabinet shelves
