• Short Gravel Road into the park. Roads are maintained and not grooved.
• Lots of trees
• Outdoor dishwashing station located by the Laundry Room

• US Cellular – 29 down and 8 up
• TMobile & Mint Mobile- great for periods of the day and horrible later
• Star Link – >150 down and >10 up

Driving Directions (226 miles)

1. Right onto Hwy 317 next to the dump station
2. Right onto Hwy 26 (around 14 miles)
3. Right merge onto Interstate 25 N / US 26W / US87N towards Casper
4. Exit 299 Right on to US 16E
5. Left onto Deer Park Road (gravel road)
6. Campground on the left

Rest Areas

• 16.8 miles just before onramp to I25
• 59.6 miles exit 135 has a drivers license place that looks to have large enough lot to park
• 106 miles Exit 182 Hat Six Travel Center

Other rest stops exist but require taking interstate exit. In some instances, the road before and into the rest area has multiple animal grates to cross. bumpety bump bump 🙂
