John and I had a wonderful day. It started out getting things done around the trailer. Then, we went to Robert and Glenda’s house and remembered the good old times, eating great food and enjoying the even better company.
Glenda made a dish that was absolutely scrumptious. She said the recipe came from her cousin Jack Few. The recipe was fairly straight forward and absolutely delicious. I had to stop myself from eating more and falling asleep in a food coma.

The first and main ingredient is Conecuh Sausage. Conecuh sausage is an Alabama original and started in 1947. Conecuh sausage can be purchased directly from the manufacture and some groceries store. The only store that I could find that sells Conecuh Sausage within a 50 miles radius of Sparta, WI was the Fort McCoy Commissary.

Glenda looks very good. I bet she got Johns approval with the sausage and bacon.
