This is similar to other posts with trailers that might work for us. The Brinkley Z3515 5th wheel is 39 feet 11 inches which equates to almost 2 feet longer than our current trailer.

This trailer has a dedicated office with it’s own AC. This is the main benefit of this trailer. The major drawback is no loft for storage and the 5th wheel would require a new truck to pull it.

General:

Utility Information:

• Hot water heater, 50 amp hookup and furnace is near the front of the trailer. This would mean fewer exposed pipes for freezing.
• There is access to the water lines to the bedroom washer and passenger side shower that enable them to be turned off. This would enable us to disconnect them and not worry about freezing in the winter.
• The water hose reel puts a lot of stress on the inlet water connection. The area where the wheel is located is screwed in so no easy access for removal.
• Kitchen has it’s own gray tank storage and dumps in the back of the trailer
• Mostly USB A vs. C connections. Bedroom has USB A & C connections.

Exterior & Equipment Information:

• Spare tire is under the trailer
• Has 6 levelers
• 2 waste hose containers
• Has hole to emergency extend 1 slide out but not the other.
• 158 inches from back tire axle to back of trailer
• Distance from rear of RV to the sewer pipe = 80 inches
• Distance between the two sewer pipes = 16 feet

Living Room / Kitchen:

• Oven large enough for cooking has the ring burner
• Couch dimensions: 60 inches to lip couch sits in. Depth 32 inches
• Pantry dimensions: Width 30 inches excludes stub, depth 13 inches, shelves 11 1/2 inches deep, height 90 inches.
• Shelf above TV for Roku
• Cabinet by TV 6 1/4 inches x 41 inches height @ 1 foot
• Ottoman dimensions: 19 x 35 x 11 inches. Very heavy. Exterior cloth would be great cat scratching material.

Bedroom & Bathroom:

• Storage under bed: 33 1/2 x 47 1/2 x 15 3/4 inches
• Small shelf above either side of the bed has USB A & C connection
• Both side of the bed has 110 plugs
• Cat litter would go in closet.
• No shelves in closet. shelves need to be added

Additional shelves potentially needed:

• Bedroom large mirror door closet
• Bedroom small closet prepped for washer & dryer
• cabinet right of microwave – potential
• Above couch left and right shelf
• Pantry

• Can the washer water lines to the office area be disconnected?
• Why only 1 hole for extending the slide out?
• Do screens come out?
• Can we purchase additional pantry shelves?
• Does Furrion Chill Cube blow air all the time? Automatically switch from AC to heat?
• Two file drawers or 1?
• Where would the bike plug in?
• What is the vent by the power outlet in the bedroom both sides of the bed? See picture
• Does TV work for over the air channel setup?
• Underneath the the front and back of trailer has a square area that can be unscrewed lose. What utility access does this provide?
