Warnings

• There is a lane on the right for RVs at the check-in office, but no RV parking.

Infrastructure

• There are beaches for launching kayaks and canoes, but the park is on a river instead of a lake. There does not appear to be a traditional boat ramp.
• We do not remember if the bathhouse is sturdy enough to be a storm shelter. Street view is old and not crisp images.
• There are 46 full hookup, 35 water electric, two primitive, and 7 modern full hookup equestrian sites
• There is a small store near the entrance to Upland RV area with food, rentals, and some other things.
• The Park office and check-in may have some park souvenirs
• There are some dirt roads, stream crossings, and less than ideal roads, but must roads are in good condition.

Amenities

• Upland RV area is full hookups. The only dump station is a dual in-line dump just south of Bottomland RV Area.
• Upland and Bottomland RV area have water, so there may not be spigots.
• We do not remember seeing recycling or slop sinks, but they might have them.

Activities

• There is kayaking. There are also alligators. You decide.
• There are flatter easier mountain bike trails, but no flat paved or gravel rail trails.
• There is a long steep slope between Uplands and Bottomlands RV Areas.

Park Pictures

• The park is fairly large with various areas for viewing wildlife, such as bird , lizards, and alligators,
• There is not a lot to do outside the park in the immediate vicinity.
• There is no laundry.
• The bath house is eight private shower/toilet rooms
• Camp store at Upland RV Area has food and rentals.
• The park has alligators, but they deport the large ones.

Campground Loop Overview

• Bathhouse is four private rooms on either side with showers and restroom facilities combined.
• No dump station because sites are full hookup.

Site 14

• Slight down hill slope makes the RV front legs shorter and more stable
• No significant side to side slope. No leveling board needed.
• Starlink has a mostly unobstructed view set in front near the site marker. It appears to be one of the few sites that this will be true.
